1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Nboujiw (hereinafter "the Agency") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to book a service offered by the Agency.
Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Agency reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force at the date of booking.
2. Services offered
Nboujiw offers outdoor, adventure and tourism activities in Algeria.
3. Booking and confirmation
Any booking request must be made via the website or by direct contact with the Nboujiw team.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD) or Euros (EUR) and are valid for the current season.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation by the Client: conditions depend on how far before departure.
6. Liability
Nboujiw undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure proper execution of services.
