1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Nboujiw (hereinafter "the Agency") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to book a service offered by the Agency.

Any booking implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs. The Agency reserves the right to modify them at any time; the applicable T&Cs are those in force at the date of booking.

2. Services offered

Nboujiw offers outdoor, adventure and tourism activities in Algeria, including:

  • Hiking, trekking and bivouac expeditions

The details of each service (duration, level, price, inclusions) are specified on the corresponding listing on nboujiw.com.

3. Booking and confirmation

Any booking request must be made via the website or by direct contact with the Nboujiw team. A booking is only final after:

  2. Payment of a 30% deposit of the total amount (unless otherwise stated)
  3. Receipt of a written confirmation from the Agency

The balance is due no later than 7 days before the departure date. For bookings made less than 7 days before departure, full payment is required upon confirmation.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted in Algerian Dinars (DZD) or Euros (EUR) and are valid for the current season. The Agency reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without notice, for new bookings.

Accepted payment methods include: bank transfer, cash payment at the agency, or any other method indicated at confirmation. No online card payment is currently available.

Prices include the services detailed on each activity listing. Unless otherwise stated, they do not include: international transport, personal insurance, personal expenses and personal equipment.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation by the Client

  • More than 30 days before departure: full refund of the deposit paid
  • Between 15 and 30 days before departure: 30% of the total amount retained
  • Between 7 and 14 days before departure: 50% of the total amount retained
  • Less than 7 days before departure or no-show: no refund

Cancellation by the Agency

In the event of cancellation on our part (insufficient participants, force majeure, dangerous weather conditions, authority decision), the Client will be informed as soon as possible and may choose between a full refund or rescheduling to a later date.

6. Liability

Agency liability

Nboujiw undertakes to implement all necessary means to ensure proper execution of services under the best safety conditions. The Agency is subject to a best-efforts obligation and not a results obligation.

The Agency cannot be held liable for damages resulting from force majeure, unforeseeable third-party behaviour, exceptional weather conditions, or the Client's failure to disclose medical contraindications.

Client liability

The Client undertakes to follow safety instructions given by guides, to declare any health issue that may affect their participation, and not to endanger the safety of the group.

7. Insurance

Clients are strongly advised to take out comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellation costs, accidents, medical expenses and repatriation.

The Agency accepts no responsibility for accidents, theft, illness or any other incident occurring during the service if the Client does not have adequate insurance coverage.

For foreign nationals visiting Algeria, travel insurance proof is generally required to obtain a visa.

8. Conduct and exclusion

The Agency reserves the right to exclude without refund any participant whose behaviour poses a danger to themselves or the group, or whose physical or mental condition is incompatible with continuing the activity.

Participants are required to respect the natural environment, local culture and applicable regulations. Any act of damage to natural or cultural heritage engages the personal liability of the participant.

9. Personal data

Information collected during booking is necessary for its processing and is used exclusively for Nboujiw's internal purposes. It is never passed to third parties without the Client's prior consent.

In accordance with applicable regulations, the Client has the right to access, correct and delete their personal data. To exercise this right, contact us at: collaboration@nboujiw.com.

10. Intellectual property

All content on nboujiw.com (texts, photos, videos, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Nboujiw or its partners. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Photos taken during outings by the Nboujiw team may be used for communication purposes (social media, website). If you do not wish to appear, please inform your guide at the start of the service.

11. Disputes and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, the Client is invited to contact Nboujiw's customer service first by email at reservation@nboujiw.com to attempt an amicable resolution.

Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts of Algiers shall have sole jurisdiction to settle any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these T&Cs.

These T&Cs are governed by Algerian law.

12. Changes to T&Cs

Nboujiw reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. New T&Cs will be published on the website and will take effect immediately for any new booking. Previous bookings remain subject to the T&Cs in force at the time of their confirmation.
